Project status alone does not explain what support someone needs
Opening Jira before a 1:1 can tell you what moved, but not why it matters to the person or what they want from you. ModoPersona keeps the work item attributable and uses it as a starting point for a conversation, not a conclusion about performance.

Read recent assigned work
ModoPersona imports the item key, title, project, status category, dates, and source link needed for preparation. The connection is read-only and does not update Jira.
Ask a neutral work question
A changed or long-running item can support a prompt such as “What is making this harder than expected?” It cannot create an employee signal, sentiment judgment, or automatic evaluation.
