Monoceros s. r. o. operates ModoPersona and is responsible for the cookies set by the website and service. ModoPersona is the name of the service, not a separate legal entity.

2. Essential cookies

These support authentication, session security, and your cookie preference. They are required for ModoPersona to operate and cannot be disabled through the cookie bar.

3. Optional analytics

If you accept, ModoPersona initializes PostHog to measure product usage and improve 1:1 preparation workflows. This includes session replay on public pages only. Form inputs are masked, request bodies and headers are excluded, and employee workspaces are never recorded. PostHog is not initialized before consent. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

4. Retention

The consent preference lasts for one year. Analytics retention is controlled in the configured PostHog project. ModoPersona does not send voice transcripts or employee facts as analytics properties.
